1. Services

AutoZen360 provides professional car care services including engine oil replacement, filter servicing, coolant top-up, and related maintenance. All services are carried out by certified mechanics at our authorised workshop.

2. Booking & Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed via WhatsApp. A service slot is reserved only after you receive a confirmation message from our team. AutoZen360 reserves the right to reschedule in case of unavailability.

3. Pricing

Prices displayed during booking are estimates based on the selected package and vehicle model. The final price may vary after physical inspection at the time of pickup. Any variation will be communicated to you before work begins.

4. Free Pickup & Drop

Free pickup and drop is available within the service areas listed on our website. Areas outside this zone may incur additional charges, which will be informed in advance.

5. Warranty

All services carry a 1,000 km or 3-month warranty, whichever comes first. The warranty covers defects directly attributable to the service performed. It does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, or pre-existing conditions.

6. Genuine Parts

AutoZen360 uses only OEM/OES spare parts. If a specific part is unavailable, we will inform you and seek approval before using an alternative.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel or reschedule a booking at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time by contacting us on WhatsApp. Late cancellations may not be accommodated.

8. Liability

AutoZen360 is not liable for any pre-existing damage, mechanical failures unrelated to the service, or indirect losses arising from vehicle downtime. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.

9. Privacy

Your name, vehicle details, and contact number collected during booking are used solely to deliver and confirm your service. We do not share your information with third parties.
